Ron Put
I've been experiencing something weird with some of the posts I make: After posting, the live links are not clickable and neither is the Edit button. Changing browsers doesn't seem to make a difference. Any ideas? Here is example post: And another: Edited June 10, 2020 by Ron Put Quote Link to comment
Sibiriak
Have you tried with the "paste as plain text instead" option when inserting text and links? The links in your post above are clickable. Quote Link to comment
Ron Put
Thanks, Sibiriak, yes, I usually paste as plain text. Weird, I can't click on the links, or on the Edit button. I see a bunch of parsing and other errors in the console, but these appear on just about every page. I will explore a bit more tomorrow. Quote Link to comment
mccoy
It happens to me as well, not all the time but pretty often to notice. I've not the faintest idea of what it is except that's pretty much unnerving. Quote Link to comment
Sibiriak
Could be a non-browser-specific Java script problem requiring de-bugging. Quote Link to comment

Ron Put
The error keeps popping up, blocking the Edit function and wrecking havoc with formatting. It's an injected script JS error, here are a couple of grabs with the details: Quote Link to comment
Ron Put
More weird stuff: I seem to be having trouble logging to the forum. In all major browsers (Mac OS 10.15.5), the password would not be retained in storage, and then when I attempt to log in with the existing password, it tells me that the entry is incorrect. For the last couple of days I had resorted to requesting new password every time I want to log in. The new passwords are also not retained (I am not clearing cookies) and then again, the correct login information is not accepted. Any idea what the issue with login might be? Anyone else experiencing problems logging in? Quote Link to comment
Ron Put
Thanks, Saul. Does anyone know who deals with tech issues on this forum? Quote Link to comment
