Jonathan
I have just discovered the Calorie Restriction concept and have started on the road to wellness after 54 years of ignorance. Having ordered a copy of 'The Longevity Diet', I'm informed that Amazon's suppliers do not have it in stock and are waiting for more copies. Is there any alternative to this book, or indeed would any members be able to recommend what books to read and in what order, for a complete newbie? I've managed to get my calorie intake down to about 1900 a day and am working on ways to get it still lower, but it's early days and I don't want to rush it. Many thanks, Jonathan. Saul
Hi Jonathan! Congratulations on your wise decision! You might try barnes & noble -- they might carry the book. If not readily available, you might want Roy Walford's "Beyond the 120 Year Diet", or "The CR Way" by Paul Mglothin and Meredith Averill. Some of these books may even be available in your local public library, before they can be obtained. -- Saul Quote Link to comment
