Pasting Images

Lately, I cannot paste snapshots any longer. Instead, I receive  message like this:

You are only allowed to upload 1.024 Kb

It's also apparently hard to embed from sharing sites or URLs. 

Any idea on how to overcome this?

Hmm mccoy, that is strange. I presume when you say "paste" you mean inserting the image by first choosing a file from your device. What do you see for a limit in the area I've circled below?

Exactly, it says I have a puny 0.01 MB at disposal (this time it allowed me to paste, maybe because the image size is very small)

So you were at (very near) a 50 MB quota. That was increased to 100 MB for all Members. And we can adjust that going forward or do other things when the limit is reached. It isn't a per-user setting but by groups. So Dean (Lifetime), Moderators, Admins, Supporting are each their own group and the individual users of those groups share many settings.

Additionally, the 'per file' limit *ought* to be  20MB for all groups unless I missed one (they have a Banned group for example). That is what Dean circled above. The quota info might be listed elsewhere.
