Shezian
Hi I just discovered that about a month ago, l have low Natural killers cells, due to a virus of some kind, and l need to be retested in 2 months. Is there any kind of diet that can help boost my immune system? Is fasting a good option? My doctor advised against fasting for me and also told me not to do any kind of high intensity strenuous exercise until my next blood test. Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Dean Pomerleau
Shezian, Sorry to hear about your immune system troubles. Low intensity exercise coupled with mild cold exposure might help boost your natural killer (NK) immune cell level. See this post from the cold exposure thread. --Dean
