  2. In the video, it was mentioned that Taurine lowers white blood cells. My NK and B cells are just on the border of being below normal range. Maybe not so good for me to take given this fact. Have already ordered some Taurine, but now after knowing this not sure if it is safe to take. Any thoughts?
  3. HI I'm curious if sustaining oneself on a diet solely consisting of raw fruits, nuts, and vegetables is feasible. Are there potential risks of malnutrition or other long-term effects on the body associated with this diet? My mother is deeply committed to this eating pattern, believing it to be the optimal choice for health and longevity, asserting that it can even cure various diseases. I'm interested in hearing your perspective on this matter.
  4. If l took this drug once per week l think it would be enough to stop me from being hungry to be able to practise low calorie daily for the entire week. Just not sure if this drug can be used in this way.
  5. What about taking it in small doses only when needed and short term, for only a month or so? Are the risks any less if you taken this way?
  6. My husband was on saxenda for 5 months and lost 20 kilos. We have left over saxenda as he is happy with his weight, l am tempted to take it, but am worried about healthy risks. Are there any major health risks associated with these kind of drugs? I would like to lose 5 kilos but am always hungry.

Hi Clinton Having tried all kinds of supplements and am now a firm believer that food should the main source of your nutritional needs, as l find each time l take some kind of supplements, (my latest was magnesium,) even on a small dose l felt quiet unwell and lethargic and floaty brain fog. I took them mainly for sleep as l tend to fall asleep easily but wake up during the night. The only supplement l take at times is Zinc and mushroom for immune health. So will try the melatonin. Hopefully l won't feel groggy the next day. Which one do you take and how much? Regarding Iodine, what about using iodised salt? For B vitamins, l take the nutrilite Dual Action and one per day has just the right RDA requirements. When l type it in the cron, its perfect.   10. I use chronometer app, and the only thing that shows a deficiency is iodine. I remember watching a program that fish and shellfish has the best absorption rates, and that seeweed is not as easily absorbed. Your thoughts on this please. I also take low dose B complex on some days, but is it not better to take fortified Nutritional yeast instead? Lastly l noticed many talk here about Melatonin, is this mainly to aid sleep or for healthy reasons? Thanks so much for your help. greatly appreciated.

  12. What supplements do you take? What are your thoughts on B3 (nicotinamide) for anxiety and improved mood, and magnesium for sleep and relaxation. Cheers Snez

  14. HI Has anyone had there genetic tests done through 23 and me, and had it run through Promethease? If so, does anyone know how reliable the information is? I had this done and it shows some very scary results. Not many good ones.
