Dean Pomerleau
I can't for the life of me figure out how to add images to "My Media" so I can embed them in a post. I tried going to "My Content" once I logged in. It says I don't have any and I see no way of uploading any. Can someone walk me through the process? Thanks, --Dean Link to comment
Saul
Hi Dean! I've had exactly the same problem, and requested an answer, a day or two ago. -- Saul Link to comment
nicholson
Let's see if this works: <a href='http://postimage.org/' target='_blank'><img src='http://s5.postimage.org/x2im7j36f/IMG_4679.jpg' border='0' alt="IMG 4679" /></a><br /><br /> <br /><a target='_blank' href='http://postimage.org/app.php'>screenshot software</a><br /><br /> Rodney. nicholson
I guess that last post of mine was one that answered itself! Link to comment
Michael R
Hi gents, I haven't done this in a while, but there is a way to do it: when you post, click on 'more reply options' in the lower right-hand corner of the editor. I THINK if you then click to upload your image at the point where you want it to do it will give you some htmlish stuff that will stand in for your image and you can write around it (and maybe copy-paste it to move it, tho' I'm less sure of that). There *may* be another trick to this; if someone's willing to try it out and it doesn't work, I'm sure I can convince Tim to walk me through it again and I'll then convey his instructions. nicholson
Well Michael was right. That one looks like it is thumbnail size. I wonder if it can be posted full size ..... Link to comment
Michael R
If you click on it, it blows up to fill the screen. Less than optimal (and I don't know if it can be optimized) but it should do the job -- yes? Link to comment
nicholson
So it does! Thank you Michael. And yes, I would say it does the job. Rodney. Link to comment
