gombo2
If I take 600 mg of resveratrol with 81 mg / dl of glucose, I am at risk of dying from hypoglycemia and will I have behavior problems if I take 600 mg of resveratrol because of hypoglycemia? mccoy
I wouldn't take resveratrol, I'd just eat healthily, in liberal amounts, and would go on taking the prescribed medications.
Todd Allen
If you take 1200 mg of resveratrol and you don't die or experience behavior problems then you would know 600 mg should be ok. I am joking. Do not do this. In general when doing anything new where dosing is readily controlled start at a very low dose and gradually work your way up to maximize your odds of noticing adverse consequences without causing irreparable harm. Mike41
How to take Resveratrol it’s a bit tricky according to Sinclair. He is right that the research is compelling and comes along with a physiological rationale for the effects. This is a recent assessment.
