Are you restricting carbohydrates or exercising a lot?  If not, I think your ketone levels are fairly typical for the duration of fasting.  Dr. Stephen Phinney has found great variation in people's ketone levels with respect to a given amount of carb restriction or fasting and suggests that the number by itself doesn't mean much.  It can be high because one is producing a lot or because one isn't efficiently utilizing them.

As I understand it rhabdomyolysis is minimal unless there is some sort of injury or insult to the muscle from trauma, extreme exercise, bad nutrition or other factor like my genetic muscle wasting disease.  There is some evidence for the notion that the body has evolved to recycle damaged tissue first and spare healthy tissue as much as possible.

 

Exploring this concept I've been experimenting with fasting in a variety of forms, alternating between periods of attempting to promote catabolism and then anabolism.  And so far it mostly seems to be working, despite having a wasting disease I haven't been losing significant strength during fasts and I've been able to gain a little muscle mass during anabolic phases.
