CR and preparing for pregnancy

Does anyone have any experience or advice on doing CR before but not while trying to conceive? At the moment I have weight I'd like to lose, and of course I'd like to eat a very nutrient dense diet. Are there any particular foods/nutrients you would advise taking? I currently eat something like Eat to Live combined with Deep Nutrition. I supplement with Thorne Prenatal, Carlson Cod liver oil, choline and inositol. I'm planning this about a year in advance, I already have two healthy children aged two and four. Thank you.

My obvious suggestion, which is not pre-pregnancy-specific, would be to use cronometer and try to cut calories while keeping all essential amminoacids, vitamins and minerals well above 100% AI or RI. That constitutes an interesting optimization scheme and I really see no other way to practice CR-ON if you're not a consumed veteran of it.

Supplementation may be necessary, especially for some nutrients. Watch out for and eventually correct any potential deficiencies in vitamin D levels, Rhonda Patrick warned pregnant women on that. By the way, she described her supplementation during her recent pregnancy, that's always useful to study carefully.

You may just google

It's good that you wrote that second part I emphasyzed. We all know that pregnancy is one of those few instances where caloric abundance is a must.
