nmonaco
I always considered this drink kinda poison but now when I drink one I get 12% of my nutrients! Mostly vit Bs. Is this a legit source on B or should I find a dif one? Link to comment
Thomas G
Why not just take a vitamin B supplement? Food scientists could fortify a candy bar if they wanted to, and then by eating that candy bar you could get even more than 100% of your RDA for most nutrients, but that hardly makes it a healthy way to get your vitamins. The Red Bull nutrition facts show that in 8.4 oz you get 110 empty calories with some sodium and sugar as baggage. Seems like just about any other way of getting your vitamin B would be better. But if you love Red Bull and you don't want to give it up and you also want to make sure you are getting your vitamin B, then I guess you can factor in that you're getting most of what you need already. I'd still want to eat lots of fruits and vegetables to get the rest of your nutrients. It's hard to live on Red Bull alone. Link to comment
