So i've been playing around with different foods at different times of day but im noticing a few things. I feel like in the middle of the day i'm getting this high intense boost of happiness but i have the sugary stuff in the morning? Then at night not so much crashing but definitely a big jump from what i experience mid day. Any suggestions on how to space out different foods throughout the day? Or how your daily intake goes (obviously itll differ from mine but itd be a good idea on what to work on) Thanks! Sprry for the millions of questions!

I think you may have answered your own question when you said "I feel like in the middle of the day i'm getting this high intense boost of happiness but i have the sugary stuff in the morning".

It sounds like you may be having large blood glucose swings that are causing your euphoria / high energy mid-day, and "crash" later on in the day. Try eating fewer (refined) carbs and adding some (healthy) fat in the morning to reduce the rate at which glucose enters you system. Conversely, add some (healthy) carbs in the afternoon/evening to smooth your glucose in the afternoon/evening as well.

If you still feel like you are losing too much energy in the evening, make sure (using CRONometer.com) that you are getting enough calories, and aren't restricting too much relative to your pre-CR baseline. You did take the advice of tracking your "normal" diet for a week to see how many calorie you eat, and how your nutrition is, right?

Yes sir! I tracked all of last week and prepped everything for this week haven't cut out too too many calories definitely making daily small jumps. LOVE the cronometer that thing is a godsend. I figured out today exactly what you just said. I guess I need to stop asking so many questions and just kinda play around and see what works. I'm so glad there is a pro around like you!
