  2. Hi, I understand, here's your text with minimal adjustments for clarity and readability: I think today mentioned @mccoy plant chompers in another topic, but I think he deserves a place of his own to ask this question. What do you think about him and his research + approach? I like the way he uses studies, books, and common sense spiced with great humor to talk about interesting topics like longevity, the Mediterranean diet, veganism, and others. This particular video series I found very entertaining - I think he doesn't "like" the carnivore movement. I also think it's something you need to fight against to reduce the harm in some youth today (in Germany it feels like every 3rd fitness guy is on carnivore right now...). Best, cTpa
  3. I believe he is fully aware of that and is willing to take the risk while carefully monitoring all the developments occurring. At one point, I might agree with Longo if we were not discussing BJ - but considering the scale of his measurements, even the potential side effects could be contributing to 'his' research. Also, they are gathering and checking all the data/biomarker known to get potentially long-term harm-effect from 'overusing' supplements like he is doing (like liver-markers). Best
  4. I can only agree with that. I like the directness and the 'aggressive' approach of Rich. He demands more than usual, leading to increased transparency for people who want to understand him better.
  5. My super blood reduced my Dad’s age by 25 years My father's (70 yo) speed of aging slowed by the equivalent of 25 years after receiving 1 liter of my plasma, and has remained at that level even six months after the therapy. What does that mean? The older we get, the faster we age. After receiving 1 L of my plasma, my father is now aging at the rate of a 46 year old. Previously, he was aging at the rate of a 71 year old. I am my dad’s blood boy. Now before you ask me for my super plasma, some carefulness is warranted: . Only one biomarker is being evaluated here. . There remains an open question how long my Dad’s lowered speed of aging will persist. So far it's been six months (which is remarkable). . It is unknown if my Dad’s slower speed of aging was due to him removing 600 mL of his plasma or receiving 1 L of my plasma? Or a combination of both? . My father didn’t do any other interventions during this time period My father’s speed of aging results: Before therapy Mar 9th - .94 Mar 14th - .82 Mar 21st -1.02 Apr 3rd - 1.26 Mean 1.01 April 3rd plasma therapy After therapy Jun 16th - .87 Jun 22nd - .82 Oct - .88 Mean .85 4:28 PM · Nov 14, 2023 · 2.3M Views
  6. Dean's Current Diet was my first thread I read about in this forum - Dean's posts (esp. Diet + other benefitial Lifestyle threads) we're my reason for staying in this forum at the beginning. Thank you for the post @drewab
  7. Hi Matt, just wondering if you're working on a very strong progressive mental well being. You wrote in your update: "When I knew I had a UTI, I had a gut feeling that this wasn’t going to be resolved easily. I don’t know why I felt this way at the time, it was just something I felt." That got me thinking - immun system has a strong connection to your mental system. No need to answer (if too personal) - just wanted to throw this thought in the ring. Best CTPA
  8. You mention: which would imply that his successes, simply put, come from these five areas. However, at the same time, you say: This means, though, that his successes can be equally negative. If the entire success comes from the first five activities and the remaining activities can be "so" harmful, could it not mean that it can be correspondingly beneficial? At the same time I think just "copying" what he's doing sounds not very smart, because he said it's an individual protocol for him (what should be obvious, because he's doing it in a very data oriented way). 👍 Have a nice weekend, CTPA
  9. Thanks for sharing - it's now on my watchlist. I'm happy to hear what thread was the most interesting one, where several participants gave their knowledge and opinion on it. Looking forward to new posts here.
  10. So, it came yesterday. I'm not sure what to think about the taste. It's very difficult to say something about it. It's the opposite of strong - it's almost not there, but maybe this softness is the right signal for the quality? I will research a little bit more. Have a nice weekend. Best Ctpa
  11. Nice, I'm thinking to do a trip to go there and get to know them (wanted to do an north italy trip, but maybe I expand). I'm looking forward to taste it myself. I will give you an update. Best CTPA
  12. @mccoy So I contacted them, and the following oil meets all the criteria: https://www.oilala.com/en/prodotto/bag-in-box-italian-extra-virgin-olive-oil-coratina/ They mentioned also " On the bottom of the first page of the lab reports, you can see also the results of very important antioxidant present in the olive oil. So just not Polyphenols but also: Oleacein Oleochantal Squalene Oleuropein This olive oil has been made in November 2022. The new harvest will be November 2023." So, I'm buying 😄 (need to read everything one more time, because i'm on a trip right now, but soon. Best CTPA
