Hi, I' a new member!
I tried instinctively caloric restriction mixed with intermittent fasting (since a few mounths), but the thing is that I am really skinny now, I lost all my muscles.
I am 1'80 m, I am an ectomorph and I weight around 61kg, and I eat around ~2600 kcal a day.
If I continue, am I gonna continue to lose weight?
What should I do otherwise?
