Anyway I shall cancel the existing order for The Longevity Diet and start with The CR Way. Also took on board not to go too fast with this, as a sudden drop in calorie intake (from approx 2800 or more a day to around 1700) might be risky. (I was certainly hungry on the recent day I did get it down to 1800!). Slow and gradual is the way, will certainly try to keep it at 2000 for a couple of months before beginning to reduce it by 50 each month until I'm at an intake I feel happy with. I've lost 8 pounds in the first three weeks, so am feeling good. Jonathan. Link to comment
