Cactus
I believe from what I remember that on the t.v. special when they showcased CrSociety some older members in their 50's to 80's where saying that they where on about 600calories to 1,000. but I think these where the top members that where on 600cal. I know I am showing some signs of Rheumatiod Arthritis in my hip joints and upon riseing from a chair etc. Wow I could have sworn they said by the body being able to fight disease and not constantly digesting and cleaning chemicals from the body like on the regular diet, they show no symptoms. I know my family has this in either their knees or hands as they get older. well it is attacking my hip joints. Did anyone get relief after being a hardcore member for yrs. maybe the people that where on the Documentary on the t.v.? I just thought of something maybe we should list on our profile page our ailments we have under our names in case someone wants to communicate about that particular disease I typed in Rheumatiod Arthritis and got a big Zero In search forums. Looks like it's my beginning of ailments but they are not going away that's for sure.I'd like to get in shape quick and stop this now. Once I move around in the morning it's gone the aches from what I read that's what I have. anyone that is a member that got rid of symptoms from this regimented diet? hope so.Please share some hope.. Thankyou, Cactus :) Link to comment
Hina
RA is an autoimmune disease, and diagnosed with blood tests and then often requiring immune suppressant drugs to control the progression of the disease. are you sure you aren't thinking of osteo arthritis ? Cactus
I want to thank Hina & Robert I bought some fish oil natures made burpless it opens in the intestines only took for 3 days so far very good and it says mercury is taken out. As for Hina I don't know if I have osteo or rhematoid I dislike going to doctors but I like the test idea you told me. wish I could get a test and then remedy myself like with natural things I'm reading alot. I had a bad experience with doctors yrs. ago and avoid them like the plague. but as I get older I see them getting closer Arrhhhhhh. I just read turmeric can help with inflamation etc.and in a capsule some part of black pepper added to it helps. well back to the drawing board. thankyou for helping me, Cactus..... I think I'll ask the doctor about the test I would like to know. Thankyou, Cactus.... Link to comment
