Alex K Chen Posted January 16, 2023 Report Share Edit Posted January 16, 2023 (edited) Has anyone tried fermented seaweed? https://seaveg.com/blogs/recipes/fermented-seaweed-salad-recipe You'd expect Korean supermarkets to have them, but do they really? New WhatsApp group by a Thiel Fellow - https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7163210436723605505/ (has lots of suppliers) i ate sea moss for the first time on 2-23-2028... but it was a fairly plain taste. I feel unusually full though. I need to try again [even though it's expensive, AGI timelines may be shorter so...] I also ate the entire jar at once... https://www.organicsnature.co/products/organic-sea-moss-gel-dr-sebi-inspired-sea-moss but this says you should only eat like 2-3 tablespoons. Maybe I'll try that next just for satiety.. Edited February 23 by InquilineKea

It could be the new semaglutide... [semaglutide sometimes being a pain *and* suppressing appetite for low-cal more than high-cal_] Edited March 25 by InquilineKea
strengthmogul
I've tried sea moss gel for its reputed health benefits, and I agree, the taste can be quite plain. However, I've found that mixing it into smoothies or juices can make it more palatable. As for the amount to consume, it's generally recommended to start with a small amount, such as 2-3 tablespoons, to see how your body reacts. If you're interested, I found a source for organic sea moss gel that follows Dr. Sebi's inspiration. They suggest consuming 2-3 tablespoons, which aligns with the general recommendation. Also, for those looking to explore more about fermented seaweed, I came across a recipe for fermented seaweed salad that might interest you.
