  1. @DeadStarsStillBurn I was just wondering if you decided to maintain around 60g protein per day for your weight loss as you mentioned in the first post, or if you decided to go back up to around 100g? Also, would love to hear how this has been working for you since these posts in September - for example how your progress is going in terms of weight loss weekly/thus far; if you have continued to make any more modifications to your diet and how those have been going.
