Well, that might be true because my HDL and LDL are respectively 50 and 63. I hope to adjust the amount depending on my blood parameters. I just got one in 2 years. I will increase or decrease or keep it steady. —Muhammet

Hi all, Any comments on how much EVOO is too much? I have had consumed EVOO changing from 0 up to 160-180 grams daily. At the time I had been consuming a lot, it was that addictive that I even couldn’t stop the rise. Now it’s okay tho. —Muhammet

For me, for a 20 years old young. Some happiness and dealing with life as studying my major. But i think the ultimate purpose can’t be same all the time. By the way, working and resting that summarises most people’s lives except who enjoy their job. In my honest opinion. or At the moment and a bit for the future want to get high serotonine and dopamine levels. 🙂 Addition: Just for nature. So it will recycle us as U.G. Krishnamurti said. Please have a look at it.

An update: I've readen most of the comments. And just curious. I'm just asking. Is fruit good for us then why Valter Longo recommends us less fruit consumption until old age? What is your thought about this? You know him very well. And here the table is: -
So, can you explain this study? I used google translate. METHODS The participants were 40 obese elementary students over 25 kg/m2 to BMI, 10 combined exercise with high olive oil supplement group (HO+CE), 10 combined exercise with low olive oil supplement group (LO+CE), 10 combined exercise with placebo group (PL+CE), and 10 placebo group (PL). The participants have performed the exercise program for 70 minutes a day and 3 times a week with aerobic and resistance exercise during 12 weeks. Also, high and low olive oil supplement group took in 25 g and 10 g respectively at the same time and place. SIRT1 Decreases Emotional Pain Vulnerability with Associated CaMKIIα Deacetylation in Central Amygdala I will proof this. I have brother he is 15. And we started 3 days ago to a diet. (he is 173 cm and 70 kg). And he is a bit fatty. He drinks olive oil 40-50 g in a little moment and after drinking he eats a chocolate(to drink, because i think benefits are more than harms). And today he said : I started feeling less emotinal pain when our parents are shouted. Like me. Heyy. Who will explain it?? It is a proof that oleic acid activates SIRT1.

Oleic acid in olive oil activates SIRT1. Hey, who will disproof this idea? There are a lot of studies about it. At first you should look at this article. Lipid Droplet-Derived Monounsaturated Fatty Acids Traffic via PLIN5 to Allosterically Activate SIRT1 Another one Short dietary intervention with olive oil increases brown adipose tissue activity in lean but not overweight subjects. The effect of dietary oleic, linoleic, and linolenic acids on fat oxidation and energy expenditure in healthy men Or look all of the articles referenced by this article. Lipid Droplet-Derived Monounsaturated Fatty Acids Traffic via PLIN5 to Allosterically Activate SIRT1 Please be objective.

This week i started feeling less emotinal pain when people around me shouted. [1]. If you think olive oil doesn't work you're wrong. Oleic acid + calorie restriction works so good. 🙂 And i've read that anorexic people are addictive to SIRT1. [2] An important detail about SIRT1. Hi all forum, some of you know me by my other topic. I am Muhammet from Turkey, i live in Antalya. Today i finished the first week CRON experience. And got my results from CRON-O-METER. Age Height Weight Consumed calories Start 19 173 cm 54.15 kg 2200 Final 19 173 cm 52.75 kg 1993 Exercise: Daily - On a treadmill 10 minutes running (8-10 m/s) and 5-10 minutes walking(6-7 m/s). Purpose: To stay young as appearance [1], mental and pyhsical health. Addition: I am naturally thin. I can't gain any weight in a healthy way.I have a high consumption of olive oil. I believe it's effective on SIRT1 through high content of oleic acid. And it increases energy expenditure in this wise. [2], (EVOO) High content of b1, b6 and iron comes from banana peel. I investigated and eventually i believed that it really has. I exposure myself to sun to get vitamin D. What dou you recommend me? And what do you think about my nutrition? Am i on the right way? My sleep need is 6-6.5 hours. Before CRON i slept 7.5 hours. I plan eating fish or legumes to get b12. A few days ago at 6.30 AM i felt a little bit pain in my stomach with an appetite. Though my high fiber consumption. And started preaparing my breakfast. During that it stopped. Does it happen to you too? And i cut it in circles to get more pleasure from the banana. So the smooth surface of my banana touches my tongue,, folding the pleasure I get.

🙂 this idea came from AlPater in this subject: And it seems he eats banana peels too. 🙂 And the taste of bananas closes the gap. "Oranges compared may be considered by some to be less nutritious because most people eat apple peals but not orange peels. Adding the peels of oranges increases the USDA goodies of the fruit. Dr. Gregor ignoring this aspect may make oranges seem to be less healthy. I even eat banana peels. They are loaded with various nutrients and I have had no untoward effects."

I am from Turkey. I live in Antalya. I try to be healthy. I want to stay young. According to this ( https://medicalxpress.com/news/2017-10-fat-hair-younger-skinstudy-benefits.html) I will stay young, I will seem young if i practice CRON. I wanted a longer life but i don't think it'll help us much. Because our heart rate is so slow to other studied animals in CRON area. And CRON helps me to sleep less. So actually i'll live longer than other people. Yes, you're right. i will try to eat much vegetables and decrease other some stuff, but i'll do it slowly because i need to love the food i eat. https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0570178315000391 In banana peel. According to this study.

But i found this too. https://www.arcjournals.org/pdfs/ijarcs/v5-i5/3.pdf I think the other scientists had a mistake. They wrote mg/g instead of mg/100g. So my new calcium intake is really low. I'll eat much high calcium foods tomorrow.

( I just started a few days ago and i feel the energy explosion to do sth and sorry about my english) Hello, I'm Muhammet and I'm new here and have been interested in the CRON diet for several months. I am 19 years old, 173 cm and 53.5 kg. I am naturally weak. I usually eat healthy, but it's impossible to gain weight. Maybe as I grow up like Matthew and my grandfather, I gain. I do because i want to have a good appearance[0], mental and physical health as long as possible. And I don't think it helps us live longer than others. (But CR practitioners sleep 1-2 hours less, which means it can personally help) because of its low metabolic rate. Maybe 5-10%. But it's definitely the cheapest and - perhaps - the most powerful way to help us fight aging. I drink olive oil as it is more effective on SIRT-1 than resveratrol [1]. And it looks really healthy. [2.]. The taste of olive oil is also very good for me. And I live on a place which has a coast to Mediterranean. I do not consume animal products other than fish and honey. I eat 2 meals a day, but I do OMAD 2 days a week. IF 16-18. So my questions are; 1- Am I on the right track? What does my daily menu look like? And this is actually not the last menu. I'm still trying to find it. And I'm trying to consume seasonal fruits. 2- When is zinc picolinate taken? What time of your day I bought but I don't know how to use it. 3- I exposure myself to the sun for at least 1 hour. So do I still need to take any vitamin D supplements? And which supplements you recommend taking depends on my diary. Maybe this exposure ages my skin a little. But I think this is natural. And healthier. ..? I am 19 too. And i think this is a process. Maybe in a month or several months you will really start doing that.If you look at this you can see that your BMI is not too bad. https://www.longecity.org/forum/topic/11595-matts-cr-regime/ And David Fisher-who is popular on a CR diet for decades-started in 5 years.

Hi i am like you too but have some differences. I am 19.5 years old, 1'73m and 53 kg without CR. And i walk approximately 25 minutes everyday at a normal pace without stopping. So what do you recommend us?
